All Boo Crew Boutique products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at jessluvsfrenchies@yahoo.com
